Congratulations to ninth graders Kenneth Dutton and Kim Meekins on their recognition as the Upstanding Students for the month of February.Kenneth was nominated by Ms. Walls, who stated that Kenneth has worked very hard this semester to keep up his grades despite many obstacles. he's always very kind and respectful to his teachers.
Kim Meekins was nominated by Mrs. Crisci who said that Kim is an advocate for all students. When a new student enters the room, she makes sure that the student feels welcome and included. She works hard tutoring others, and has also brought her own grade up from the teens, to a C for the marking period, and then to an A! Sgt. Hurt adds that she has a great record of academic achievement, outstanding leadership skills, and is always willing to work with others.
