Cape JROTC Cadets Josh Thompson and Nicole Surface led a group of 15 cadets who assisted at the health fair at Milton Elementary March 10.
Many community health-associated organizations ranging from law enforcement to social services were represented at the fair. The JROTC operated and managed safety aspects of the popular inflatable obstacle course for young children.
