District Strategic Plan

The Cape Henlopen School District conducted a Strategic Planning process in 2018 to create a roadmap for success over the next four years. From 2019 - 2024 the Strategic Plan served as a guidance when making decisions that would ultimately help ALL students achieve their academic goals towards excellence. In the Spring of 2024, the District conducting a Strategic Plan refresh to evaluate the previous year's goals, as well as to identify new goals and strategies to better serve our students for the future.  On this page you will find the updated Strategic Plan to serve 2024 - 2029.
