*This form is only required if a parent/guardian/caregiver does NOT want their child's photo to be taken for any purposes by local media partners, or District employees including their child's teacher. This only needs to be filled out once and will carry over each year. If you wish to make changes in the future, please submit a signed note to your child's school requesting the Do Not Photo Request to be removed.

Delaware SEED Program

Delaware SEED Scholarship Program

The Delaware SEED (Student Excellence Equals Degree) scholarship program provides tuition for full-time students enrolled in an associate's degree program at Delaware Technical & Community College (DTCC) or the Associate of Arts program at the University of Delaware (UD). The program is for Delaware students who stay in school, work hard, and stay out of trouble.

Delaware Senate Bill No. 66

Delaware schools, school district, or licensed childcare providers are required to provide “school and childcare notification” that includes all of the following information:

The URL for the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry website: https://sexoffender.dsp.delaware.gov/
The public can register for community notifications on the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry website.
In addition, searchable records available to the public can be obtained at a police agency or the Delaware State Bureau of Identification (“SBI”).
