Local Internet Providers

BlooSurf

The Delaware Department of Education offer provides free broadband for qualifying Delaware families with no landline-based options. Service available 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Free installation and 3 months of service for qualifying families with no landline-based options. Charges may apply.

Families should:

  1. First contact BlooSurf (1-866-319-7172) to determine if their address is serviceable.
  2. Contact Michele Ritter at the Cape Henlopen School District Office (302-645-6686 ext. 991270) to fill out an eligibility form. Families must show proof of participation in one of the following: Free and Reduced Lunch, Medicaid, Public Housing Assistance, SNAP, TANF, SSI, NSLP/Head Start, LIHEAP, or WIC.

Home schools will forward all applications to the appropriate parties and further information will be provided to families by phone.
