Seven Cape Henlopen School District Staff Members Earn Doctoral Degrees

The Cape Henlopen School District is proud to share that seven dedicated staff members have recently earned their doctoral degrees, marking a significant academic and professional achievement within the district.

These individuals pursued their doctorates with Wilmington University, while continuing to serve the students, staff, and families of the Cape Henlopen School District. This achievement demonstrates their unwavering commitment to lifelong learning and the pursuit of educational excellence.

The newly conferred doctoral recipients are:

• Dr. Amanda Archambault, Director of Teaching and Learning, District Office
• Dr. Jessica Belkassam, Occupational Therapist, Sussex Consortium
• Dr. Clara Conn, Principal, Milton Elementary School
• Dr. Erin Gannon, Assistant Principal, Sussex Consortium
• Dr. Ned Gladfelter, Supervisor of Human Resources, District Office
• Dr. Kathy McMahon, Teacher, Rehoboth Elementary
• Dr. Michael Thompson, Assistant Principal, Sussex Consortium
