Rehoboth Elementary School Honors Veterans with Appreciation Pins and Special Staff Recognition

Brittnee Rohls and Officer Rob Scisco

Rehoboth Elementary School recently honored the veterans within its school community with a heartfelt gesture of appreciation. Families who are veterans were invited to receive special Pins of Appreciation, as a way to recognize and thank them for their service.

In addition to honoring parents and guardians, the school paid special tribute to two staff members who have served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. School Resource Officer Robert Scisco (U.S. Navy) and teacher Brittnee Rohls (U.S. Air Force) were celebrated for their dedication to both their country and the school community and were presented with a mug as a small token of appreciation.

The gestures served as a meaningful reminder of the sacrifices made by veterans and offered students an opportunity to express gratitude to the heroes within their own school family.
