MES Fifth Grade Art Show Showcases Young Talent with Art and Music

Milton Elementary School proudly hosted its annual Fifth Grade Art Show earlier this month. Each year this event aims to celebrate the creativity and hard work of its young student artists. It featured a vibrant display of student artwork, pulled together by art teacher, Ali Selders and showcased everything from paintings and drawings to mixed media pieces, all created during the school year.
In addition to the visual art, attendees were treated to musical performances by the fifth-grade band, directed by Mirella Gable, and the fifth-grade chorus, directed by music teacher Michelle Taylor. This was a great opportunity for students to showcase their talents in singing and instrumental music. Families, friends, and staff gathered to enjoy an inspiring evening filled with creativity, talent, and enthusiasm. Each year, the event highlights the importance of arts education and provided students with a platform to share their accomplishments with the school community.

SAT Testing Day will be held on March 25, 2026, for ALL 11th grade students or students in their third year of high school.
