2026 Young at Art Winners

Cape Henlopen School District is proud to recognize several talented local students who earned awards in the Rehoboth Art League’s annual “Young at Art” contest, a juried exhibition celebrating the creativity and artistic achievement of youth across the region.

The “Young at Art” program showcases student artwork in a variety of mediums, highlighting originality, technical skill, and creative expression. This year’s exhibition featured submissions from students across Sussex County, with several Cape Henlopen students receiving top honors for their outstanding pieces.

Student artists were recognized across multiple grade levels, with awards presented for excellence in categories such as painting, drawing, mixed media, and sculpture. Their work demonstrated not only strong artistic technique but also unique perspectives and thoughtful storytelling.

While all the schools in the Cape District were represented with participants in the contest, seven students earned awards.
