Curriculum Information
State of Delaware Common Core
Delaware is one of forty-one states, that have adopted the Common Core State Standards. Standards were developed in English & Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies. The common core expectations are the result of a state-led effort to bring greater academic rigor into the curriculums for all the adopting states, and to provide families with a clear idea of the knowledge students must achieve in order to compete successfully in their post-secondary endeavors, whether that be college, public service, or the workforce.
