Bruce Marks recently retired from the Center for Creative Leadership where he was Vice President responsible for all Commercial Revenue in excess of $80m annually, with full budget and P&L accountability for his responsibility in North America, South America, and Latin America. Bruce has held the roles of CEO, President, SVP, and VP/General Manager in several other organizations in the Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Assessment, Selection, Background Investigation, and Consulting space. Additionally, Bruce was previously the Senior Vice President of the American Management Association with responsibility for global Direct and Indirect Revenue, Partnerships with budget, and P&L accountability.
He relocated to Lewis in 2021 and resides here with his wife Robin. With regular visits to his see his 4-sons’ families, including his 5 grandchildren. Since retiring from a full-time corporate role, Bruce still does some part-time Executive Coaching, CEO advisory, and Go-To-Market Strategy consulting. He is also very committed to the community and is currently a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in Sussex County Family Court as well as an ESP (Educational Surrogate Parent) in Delaware. Bruce has a Bachelor of Science in Business & Human Resources and an MBA in Leadership and Strategy from Western Governors University. His certifications and memberships include the Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the Association for Talent Development, the American Management Association, International Coaching Federation.
