The State of Delaware, Department of Education is committed to providing an efficient and effective Children’s Services Cost Report Project (CSCRP) that complies with all applicable federal rules.  To that end, DDOE will implement a Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) methodology to support Medicaid reimbursement for Medicaid covered services delivered by schools and local education agencies.
