Elementary Grading Scales 

For grade-reporting purposes, the grading scale for elementary students will be as follows:

Grades K - 5:

4 - Student independently and consistently exceeds marking period expectations for end-of-year grade-level standards.
3 - Grade level expectations: Student MEETS marking period expectations for end-of-year grade-level standards.
2 - Student demonstrates progress toward marking period expectations for end-of-year grade-level standards.
1 - Student demonstrates limited progress toward marking period expectations for end-of-year grade-level standards.
