COVID-19 Tech Support Procedure

  • Since our current technical support solution is only available from inside the district, we have created a temporary Google Form to request help or submit questions from home or anywhere outside of our network. Please use the Google form URL sent out to staff if you need to request assistance or have a technical issue.

    Once the form is completely filled out and submitted, it will be added to a support spreadsheet that the technology department is monitoring and will be responded to as soon as possible. It is essential that you provide a contact phone number in case a tech needs to call you to assist/troubleshoot and also essential that you include your e-mail when you submit the ticket. Depending on the issue you will either get a phone call or e-mail to start support from one of the techs in the IT department so please make sure you are monitoring your e-mail as well.
