I have been a special education teacher at HOB for 14 years.  I have taught the 3-5 ILC classroom for 13 years.  I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management at UMBC in Baltimore. I received my Master’s Degree in education at Wilmington University.  My husband and I moved to Delaware 24 years ago.

 I have always loved working with children and watching them grow and learn.  I believe that all children can learn and no matter what we study, it is important to have fun and build community in our classroom.  I am proud and honored to be a part of this awesome school district.  #CapeProud

We will be focus on positive behavior in our classroom. The school-wide rules are the following: be respectful; be responsible, and be safe. We will use the school-wide rules to help us become leaders as we focus on The Seven Habits of Happy Kids.
