Beacon Middle School Students Tackle Marine Debris Research at University of Delaware's Lewes Campus
Earlier this spring, fifteen 7th grade students from Beacon Middle School spent six sessions conducting hands-on science research at the University of Delaware's Hugh R. Sharp Campus in Lewes, studying marine debris and its impact on Delaware's coastal ecosystems.

H.O. Brittingham Elementary School recently completed its Next Gen Coders Club, an eight-week after-school program designed to introduce fifth-grade students to coding, command-line computing, Python programming, and the responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
