Welcome to H.O. Brittingham Elementary School! Our school serves the northern most area of the Cape Henlopen School District. Our student population ranges from 450-490 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our school mission guides us

I received a BS in Elementary Education from the Pennsylvania State University and an MEd in Reading from Salisbury State College (now Salisbury State University). I have completed additional course work at both the University of Delaware and Wilmington College. I am a life long Cape employee serving at Shields as a 6th grade teacher, H.O.B. as a 1st grade teacher, the district as the Reading Specialist, Assistant Principal and Acting Administrator at Rehoboth Elementary School, and currently as HOB's Principal.
